About the presenter

Margaret Moore (MBA)

Founder of the Wellcoaches School of Coaching for health professionals and strategic partner of the ACSM.

Margaret Moore/Coach Meg, is a coaching geek. Following a 17-year career in the biotechnology industry, founded the Wellcoaches School of Coaching for health professionals in 2000, a strategic partner of the ACSM since 2002, which has trained more than 12,000 coaches in 50 countries. Margaret is co-founder and co-chair of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and co-director of the Coaching in Leadership & Healthcare conference offered by Harvard Medical School. Moore teaches coaching psychology at Harvard University Extension School and transformational leadership at Harvard Medical School’s Office of Global Education. She is co-author of 18 peer-reviewed articles and 6 book chapters on coaching, the ACSM-endorsed Coaching Psychology Manual published by Wolters Kluwer, and Harvard Health Books Organize Your Mind, Organize Your Life and Organize Your Emotions, Optimize Your Life.
